’I’m confident she will support the team in delivering excellent service for brokers and customers,’ says trading head
Aviva has appointed Kerry Myles as its new branch manager for the south east.

In her new role, Myles will assume responsibility for Aviva’s newly defined south east region, which includes three distinct geographies.
These are the Kent, Sussex and Surrey areas, Southampton and Thames Valley.
She will join Aviva from insurance broker Gallagher, where she most recently served as regional head of client service and operations.
In her new role, Myles will report to Jake Algar, head of trading for London and the south east.
Algar said: ”I’m delighted to welcome Myles to the team at a time of growth and momentum in the London and south east region.
”Myles stood out for her strong leadership and operational expertise, deep understanding of the region and long-standing relationships with regional brokers. I’m confident she will support the team in delivering excellent service for brokers and customers.”
Succession
Myles will join Aviva from 16 March 2026, taking over from Alison Coleman, branch manager for London Metro and east anglia, who has been leading the region on an interim basis and providing continuity during the transition.

Algar said: ”I’d also like to extend my thanks to Coleman for her support in the interim period, leading the team in addition to her core responsibilities.
“We know brokers value local presence and expertise as much as we value our continued relationships with brokers. With Myles on board, we look forward to continuing to strengthen our presence across the region.”
