Bayles previously served as chief commercial officer at the business
Phil Bayles has been confirmed as Everywhen’s general insurance broking chief executive.
Bayles previously served as chief commercial officer at the business. However, Richard Tuplin, who was the previous general insurance broking chief executive, left in December 2025.
In turn, Bayles has taken on the position, with him confirming the news on Linkedin.
Bayles joined Everywhen, which was previously Ardonagh Advisory, in 2021. In March 2025, he took on the additional role of interim managing director at Bravo Networks due to Scott Bennett taking up another role.
This came ahead of Ardonagh Advisory rebranding to Everywhen, which was launched during the first day of the 2025 Biba Conference, with the Ardonagh-owned platform describing the rebrand as a “natural evolution for the business”.
The following 12 months saw the majority of trading broking brands rebrand as Everywhen as well.
