Brown and Brown Europe has appointed Peter Jackson as director of talent acquisition.

With more than two decades of executive search experience, Jackson specialises in senior appointments across finance, risk, technology, operations and regulatory functions within the global insurance market.
In his new role, Jackson will lead the broker’s talent acquisition strategy, partnering with leaders across the business to support continued growth and capability building.
“I’m excited to be joining at such a pivotal time for the group and I look forward to partnering with leaders across the business to attract and develop best in class talent and to support the company’s continued growth,” he said.
Experience
Jackson joins Brown and Brown Europe from Hanover, where he was a partner in the financial services practice, leading senior executive search projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) insurance and P&C specialty.

He has developed an extensive international network and delivered assignments across the UK, Europe, the US and APAC during his career.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
