’We are now able to stay ahead of the market and respond quickly to change,’ says chief executive
Bspoke Underwriting has entered into a new partnership with The Lettings Hub and Canopy to support its insurance offering for letting agents and customers.

The agreement will combine Bspoke’s specialist property underwriting capabilities with the technology and lettings market expertise of The Lettings Hub and Canopy.
As part of the partnership, the firms aim to simplify the insurance purchasing and renewal process, while improving policy documentation and giving customers greater visibility over their cover.
Increased automation and digital integration will also be introduced in an effort to reduce administration for letting agents and their clients.
Ryan Gill, chief executive at Bspoke Group, said: “At Bspoke, we are passionate about building partnerships where insurance expertise and technology come together to create compelling product, service and solutions for customers.
”This collaboration is a great example of that philosophy. We’re excited not only about what we are delivering together now, but about the potential for future innovation, enhanced customer experience and long-term value creation as the partnership develops.”
Roll out
The transition to Bspoke will be rolled out in stages, with new business moving onto the new platform first. Existing policies will then transfer as they come up for renewal.

The businesses said the partnership would also provide a platform for the further development of the insurance proposition.
This will include a focus on speeding up product development and providing greater flexibility as the requirements of the lettings sector change.
Matt West, chief executive at The Lettings Hub and Canopy, said: “Partnering with Bspoke will not only give our customers a smoother journey, but it gives us as a business more flexibility than we have ever had before.
”We are now able to stay ahead of the market and respond quickly to change. This moves us further into a digital space, giving our customers better oversight while reducing the administrative traffic coming into both The Lettings Hub and letting agents’ offices.”
