FMG expands senior leadership team with two new hires

FMG has strengthened its senior leadership structure with the creation of two new client-focused director roles as the business looks to support continued growth across its fleet and insurance operations.

The company, which is part of Zigup, has appointed Amanda Cunningham as director of client relationships – fleet and Steve Ward as director of client relationships – insurance.

The newly created positions are designed to provide greater leadership focus and accountability across FMG’s two core client sectors, while supporting the company’s ongoing expansion.

FMG said the appointments reflect its belief that sector-specific expertise remains central to delivering value for clients, particularly as the business continues to grow in scale and complexity.

‘Important structure evolves’

Both Cunningham and Ward will remain members of FMG’s senior leadership team while taking on additional board advisory responsibilities. They will also assume greater accountability for client retention, client value and long-term relationship development.
