Mission has expanded its UK and European leadership team with four new hires.

Among the new appointments are Abz Shipon and James Gallagher, who will serve as account directors.
In their new roles, Shipon and Gallagher will strengthen client relationships, shape growth opportunities, support new MGA launches and integrate new ventures into the Mission platform.
Gallagher joins the MGA incubator from his role as project manager at Tysers, while Shipon joins from Hiscox, where he held senior roles across schemes, digital trading and operations.
Courtenay Davison, meanwhile, has become the new head of technology delivery at Mission to strengthen its technology capability across the UK and Europe.
Fianlly, Rayhanah Russell was appointed as programme manager, with her responsible for combining Mission’s portfolio of initiatives into a single structure, supporting growth in new MGAs and strengthening oversight across existing MGAs.
