Real estate reinsurance growth a focus for broker under new hire

MNK International has appointed James Gorsuch as associate director of UK and international real estate.

Gorsuch, who joined the London-based independent Lloyd’s broker on 13 October 2025, brings more than a decade of experience in real estate insurance across global and independent brokers, including Marsh, Lockton and Inicio Risk Solutions.

In his new role, Gorsuch will focus on developing MNK International’s reinsurance and wholesale offering for clients operating across the UK and European property sectors.

He will also support the broker’s continued expansion across its global portfolio, which spans more than 170 countries.

Real estate reinsurance 

Manoj Kumar, chairman at MNK Group, said the appointment reflected the growing demand for expertise in real estate reinsurance.

Gorsuch said he was joining MNK International at a key point in its development.
