1 Answer Insurance has expanded its leadership team by appointing Chris Hill as a board consultant.

In his new role, Hill will provide strategic guidance and support to the business, attending meetings and chairing the organisation’s board meetings.
The move comes as the firm looks to strengthen its position as a specialist broker in the market and invest in future growth.
Hill said: ”I am delighted to be joining 1 Answer Insurance at such an exciting stage in its development. The business has built a strong reputation within the sector and the leadership team have clear ambitions for the future.
“I look forward to working closely with the board and senior leadership team to support 1 Answer Insurance’s continued growth and success in the years ahead.”
Experience
Hill brings more than five decades of experience in the insurance sector, holding senior leadership positions with several insurance firms.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
