The new hire’s approach is ‘highly aligned’ with SRG’s own stance on M&A says group chief executive

Insurance intermediary business Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has appointed Nikki Eastham as managing partner and head of M&A.

Eastham joins the company after serving a 12-year stint at professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), where she was most recently worked as director of the financial institutions group M&A team.

She has experience in strategic advice, deal origination, target engagement, diligence, negotiation and integration support.

Warren Downey, group chief executive of SRG, said: “Nikki is an outstanding leader in her field and brings a wealth of experience to SRG.

“Her approach is highly aligned with our own, particularly regarding SRG’s focus on people and culture.

“I look forward to working closely with Nikki and our wider team to welcome high quality specialist businesses into our group.”

Eastham added: “SRG’s organic and strategic growth is validation of its unique market position and the exciting journey ahead.

“I look forward to working with Warren, Charlie and the team to attract specialist businesses and people into our fully integrated group.”

So far this year, SRG has made six acquisitions and recruited a 16-strong international wholesale team.
