SSP Broker has appointed Sarah Fallows as its new head of people and culture for the UK and Ireland.

Fallows will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening organisational culture, enhancing employee experience and supporting the business’ continued growth ambitions.
She brings expertise in organisational development, employee engagement and operational HR strategy with consumer brands across aviation and retail.
This includes Jet2.com, Arcadia Group and Waterstones Booksellers.
‘Deep experience’
In her new role, she will report to Martyn Mathews, managing director at SSP Broker.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
