Verlingue has appointed Richard Morgan as sales director for risk management.

In his new role, Morgan, who brings over 25 years of industry experience, will focus on enhancing risk management delivery across Verlingue’s existing client base.

Verlingue said the appointment ”reinforces its commitment to strengthening client relationships and delivering long-term growth”.

Morgan said: ”It feels like an excellent time to be joining Verlingue.

”The business has a strong reputation and footprint and I’m looking forward to building on that by expanding our risk management capabilities and strengthening the value we deliver to clients.”

Experience

Morgan joins from SRG, where he led its corporate business nationally.

Before this, he served as national head of sales at Marsh, a role he held for seven years.

Other positions Morgan has been in include head of office at Towergate and development director at WTW.

Sakib Amin, executive director of insurance at Verlingue, said: “Morgan’s experience and client-focused approach will play a key role in strengthening how we support our existing clients and further developing our risk management proposition.”
