WTW-owned business Willis has appointed Adrian Cousins as its new head of London market claims.
In this new role, Cousins will be responsible for overseeing and implementing key aspects of Willis’ global claims strategy.
This includes strategic engagement with London market insurers, reinsurers, adjusters and law firms.
Experience
He takes up the role following more than 30 years at the broker, with him most recently serving as head of claims for Finex globally.

Cousins will continue to serve in this role alongside his new position, with him reporting to Neil Harrison, global head of claims.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
