Debate on the issue hots up
An AXA and Insurance Times poll has revealed that 86% of readers believe there is a compensation culture, compared to 14% who disagree.
The figures come from a wider debate on the topic between AXA Commercial claims and underwriting director David Williams and Claims Standards policy director Andy Wigmore.
