Primary Group's new claims management subsidiary was officially launched today.
Primary Claims Management will focus on property, liability and warranty claims. It comprises two divisions — commercial lines, based in Manchester-based and personal lines, based in Leeds.
Head of Primary Claims Management, Graeme Bell: commented “In addition to providing a first class service to our Group's underwriting businesses, we are excited at the opportunity to offer services to third party clients. We intend to significantly grow this aspect of our business during 2007, a number of potential clients having already expressed interest in our proposition which is built around quality and service focused on customers and achieved through a dedicated team of experienced and multi-skilled staff.”
