CEO O’Halloran wants to buy ING’s GI business and others

QBE chief executive Frank O'Halloran wants to buy the non-life insurance business of ING if it comes up for sale and is also interested in acquisitions in Australia, Latin America, Europe and the United States, Reuters reports.

QBE is in talks over several acquisitions.
