Arbitration panel rules in favour of Allianz over twin towers
French reinsurer Scor has said the arbitration panel on the World Trade Center indemnification dispute has ruled that Allianz had not exceeded its rights and obligations, Dow Jones reports.
Scor and its retrocessionnaires will pay their share in the World Trade Center claim.
The additional costs resulting from the full coverage of two distinct events are estimated to €39m after tax and retrocession.
Scor said that these additional costs will not affect its financial position.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
