The event focused specifically on motor claims and was hosted by a panel of claims experts including the ABI's policy adviser for compensation Samantha Ramen, Zurich motor claims director Karl Helgesen, SAS pre-sales consultant Scott Thompson and chaired Insurance Times’s deputy editor David Blackman.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
