ACE European Group said ACE Insurance SANV has transferred its insurance and reinsurance book to the company.
The company said it could now be considered the principal operating platform for ACE's property and casualty, accident and health and personal lines business across Europe.
The company has been assigned an “A+ ” financial strength rating from Standard & Poor's and an “A (Excellent)” rating from AM Best.
