Admiral has achieved significant cost savings through consistent claims handling since its initial implementation of ISO Claims Outcome Advisor™ (COA) from Insurance Services Office (ISO) in 2001.

Stuart Morgan, personal injury claims manager for Admiral, said: "The Bodily Injury department has benefited from the use of COA through consistent settlement of personal injury claims. Feedback from users has been very positive. Our claims handlers have commented that using COA is quick and easy. They agree it brings some much-needed uniformity into assessing general damages from common injuries, as well as enabling them to value complex injuries more efficiently. Our handlers have also found that the solution helps them place injuries within the Judicial Studies Board brackets more accurately, providing them with a good research and reference tool to improve negotiations and ultimately better manage settlement costs."
