Ai Claims Solutions has signed a three-year deal with ULR Additions, extending their partnership to 2015.

The deal will see accident management firm Ai providing services to around 20,000 customers annually.

Ai commercial director Chris Shaw said: “We have worked alongside ULR to provide their credit hire and credit repair needs for the last two years, and we were delighted to be able to take our strategic partnership to a new level.”

He continued: “Total claims management – where the insurer or broker can give authority to a trusted partner to look after the motor claim from final notice of loss (FNOL) to settlement – is the future, and Ai is already exploring how we can extend our expertise and efficient market performance in credit hire and repair to other parts of the claims process.”

ULR sells legal expenses policies, accident management and FNOL services to brokers. Chief executive Rob Kay said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Ai, and look forward to further improving our client servicing and developing joint initiatives under the new agreement.”
