Another sell-off for ailing AIG as it tries to pay back bail-out
Indian software services firm MphasiS, owned by Electronic Data Systems (EDS) is to buy AIG’s India-based IT services and solutions arm AIG Systems Solutions Private, Reuters reports.
The firm provides IT services to AIG companies worldwide, has more than 800 staff at its facilities in Indian cities of Chennai and Kolkata, MphasiS said in a statement.
MphasiS gets more than 39% of its revenue from its financial services and insurance industry clients.
