Damage restoration firm Munters is issuing a brochure to policyholders with water-damaged properties which answers the 12 most-asked questions about drying out properties.
The leaflet, entitled The Drying Process, answers queries such as how dehumidifiers work, why they need to run day and night, and why windows and doors need to remain closed to help flood damage restoration.
