Amlin has said the take-up rate for its 7-for-22 rights issue was 96.51%.
The company said it received valid acceptances in respect of around 123.35m of the 127.8m new shares on offer in the 175p a share issue.
Amlin also said its broker Hoare Govett has found subscribers for the remaining 4.45m new shares at a price of 225p each.
