Welsh firm in talks with "a number of brokers"
Welsh broker Antur Insurance has several acquisition targets in the pipeline, according to its chairman, John Knox.
The South Wales broker has made 15 acquisitions in the past ten years and said it plans to continue its growth by acquiring one broker every year for the next five years.
The company, celebrating its tenth anniversary this month, said it is currently in discussion "with a number of other brokers for its next move".
Knox said: “Since becoming established we’ve grown to become the largest independent broker in South West Wales and have a high client retention rate.
“We’ve had a lot to celebrate over recent years including acquiring Chartered status from the Chartered Insurance Institute. We’re only one of three brokers in Wales to be awarded this accolade which helps to set us apart.
