Manchester United sponsorship announced alongside charity initiatives
Aon’s four-year shirt sponsorship of Manchester United kicked off this week, as the broker announced a series of tie-in of charity initiatives. The sponsorship was launched at the Old Trafford stadium on Tuesday by Aon executives and team legends Sir Bobby Charlton and Bryan Robson.
Aon replaces AIG as club sponsor. Aon president and chief executive, Greg Case, said: “It is difficult to imagine a stronger fit.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
