HCC Insurance has announced that David J. Evans has joined its underwriting agency subsidiary ASU International, as managing director of its London based operations.

Evans has spent time as a broker with Rattner Mackenzie, also a subsidiary of HCC, where he was responsible for the ASU account and most recently was employed as an underwriter at RJ Kiln Syndicate at Lloyd's.
