James Joll, who joined Atrium Underwriting as a non executive director last week, is also a non-executive director of Latchways and Wichford, Atrium said.
The company also said that it was obliged to make public that Joll was publicly criticised in 1976 by the panel of takeover and mergers. The criticism was in connection with a failure to volunteer information relating to share dealings by employees of a client.
