Beachcroft Wansbroughs is conducting the first dedicated independent research into the impact of the FSA's 'arrow' visits on firms.

The survey will explore a range of issues associated with the visits, including the conduct of the FSA's employees when they visit firms, the scale of preparation undertaken by firms and the resources required by firms to manage such visits.

The findings of the survey will be published by Beachcroft Wansbroughs as a report and shared with those who participated, the Financial Services Practitioners Panel and the FSA itself.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
