The broker market in Bristol and the South West is booming with unprecedented business activity and competition, according to Charles Crawford, NIG's managing director.
Speaking at the NIG Business Academy event in Bristol last night, Crawford told an audience of brokers and SMEs that the region was witnessing a surge of insurance business growth.
Crawford said: "The South West is expected to continue to be one of the fastest growing regions in the UK up to the year 2010, with financial services leading the field. Little surprise then that brokers and insurers are jockeying for advantage in the current market."
