Broking firm Camberford Law plc have introduced an improved scheme for Intellectual Property Rights.
In response to recent concern over a lack of cover for European patents, their scheme is being revamped to provide worldwide cover for all forms of Intellectual Property.
Covering individuals to multi-nationals, the scheme will provide legal expenses both for the insured and third parties.
Chairman and chief executive Richard Sheikh said: "We have produced an excellent Scheme which will be one of the leaders for this type of Insurance.
He added: "I am sure that it will be of interest to our direct clients and sub-brokers."
Providing various levels of cover, the new policy addresses; patents, copyright and design, mark, confidential information, passing off, unfair competition and licence protection.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
