Capita Insurance Services will today announce the appointment of Sandy Dunn as its non-executive chairman following Capita's recent acquisition of BDML Connect.
Dunn will retain his position as chief executive of BDML.
Dunn said: “It is an exciting opportunity for me to join the Capita Insurance Services board as chairman. It is a large business with an impressive range of services and fine operations in place.”
He added: “Capita is a sleeping giant in terms of its general insurance activities. I aim to change that.”
