Multiassistance, the domestic property repair organisation, has partnered the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) to create a bespoke learning solution for property surveyors.

The programme, which will be called MAlearningzone.com, is largely a customised version of the CII's ed.LEARN and ed.ASSESS online learning and competence platform including bespoke business relevant modules.

The CII said it will also be supporting the development of relevant face-to-face training and aim to accredit the programme against its Continuing Professional Development standards.

Multiassistance said it recognised that in order for their surveyors to achieve consistently high standards for all contracts they needed to put a robust training and competence programme in place covering insurance, surveying, customer service and company specific areas.

Multiassistance managing director James Grant, said: “The CII solution is exactly what we need. The flexibility provided by the CII has allowed us to create a tailored programme that entirely matches our training objectives.

"It will also help us meet our goals of improving customer satisfaction and improved survey rates, whilst at the same time creating a competitive edge for the organisation.”
