Newmarket-based transport broker The Davis Group made a 44% increase in premium turnover last year.
It achieved £27.4m compared to £19m in 2001.
Results for the first quarter of 2003, ending in January, show the growth rate continuing with a 45% increase compared to the same period the year before.
The group's target is to hit a premium turnover of £38m for 2003.
Finance director Ian Richardson said: "The wholesale account is growing at more than 45% and our plan is for that to be a larger portion of our business. That's happening now."
