Ernesto, the tropical storm that threatened to tear through the Gulf of Mexico as a category three hurricane, has veered off course, losing power considerably.
The storm, currently passing over Cuba is expected to head up the East coast, making landfall near Miami, Florida, before becoming a tropical depression further inland.
