The FSA has appointed two new members to the Financial Services Practitioner Panel.
Alan Ainsworth, Deputy Chairman of Threadneedle investment Services, and, James Crosby, Chief Executive of HBOS, have been appointed with immediate effect.
Panel chairman Don Brydon said: "I am very pleased that Alan and James are joining the Panel and that Jonathan is stepping up to be its Deputy Chairman.
"They will help us ensure that the Panel continnues to provide an authoritative channel for communication at a senior level between the FSA and the financial industries it regulates."
