Loss adjuster GAB Robins is set to make a push into the creditor insurance market from the beginning of the New Year.

GAB Robins managing director Derek Coles said that some major strategic changes would come into play during 2004 for the loss adjuster.

He said that one of the major areas of focus would be the creditor market, where there is no segment dominator.

Coles explained that GAB Robins' future moves would be aimed at exploiting the intellectual capital and expertise of its staff. He said that loss adjusters had been selling their expertise too cheaply in the past.

  • An in depth look at GAB Robins' future strategy will appear in the next few weeks.
