The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) launched its working party for broker regulation last week.
And Mike Williams graciously buried the hatchet with the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB) and invited Andrew Paddick.
But it seems Paddick got himself a seat on the Financial Services Authority (FSA) working party and couldn't make it.
So Graham Gomm, Paddick's deputy, turned up instead.
