The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) has appointed Sue Jones, formerly head of counter fraud at RBS Insurance, as head of unit.
John Beadle, chairman of the IFB said: "As head of unit, Sue will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day operations of the Bureau and the management of its staff."
Chris McKee, director, insurance services at RBS Insurance said: "We're naturally very sorry to be losing Sue. She has been a great asset to our business and has been instrumental in leading the major effort RBS Insurance places on detecting and combating fraud."
