The High Court has allowed Integer, the Underwriting Members Mutual Club, to vote on its Scheme of Arrangement.
Members will now be permitted to vote on the scheme of arrangement which would allow the distribution of Integer assets on condition of granting waivers of legal action against certain parties.
Integer chairman Harry Studholme said: “Our members can now have their say - do they wish to have the assets of Integer distributed soon or do they wish to have distribution delayed and face the uncertain future of the Stop Loss Recovery Group's litigation."
