Integro has acquired Lloyd's broker Humphreys Haggas Sutton & Co (HHS).

HHS is an independent wholesale broker specialising in UK commercial risk, political risk, aerospace, medical malpractice and reinsurance.

The firm was founded in 1994 by former Marsh brokers Toby Humphreys, John Sutton and Simon Haggas and is understood to have brokerage of approximately £4m.

Roger Egan, chief executive of Integro, said: "Integro will build upon this platform to broaden our capabilities in this important market-place."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
