NU says it is especially for internet-literate motorists searching for a quick, low, online quote giving them fully comprehensive cover.
The cover does not include personal accident cover, medical expenses or cover for driving other cars. But it will provide a local rate number when making a claim, a claims team working round the clock and a protected no claims discount.
