One for the bin

We this week received, from Zurich Commercial's claims centre, a black bin bag, folded around a piece of card. Surrounding this was a packet which, when following the directions to rip it open we found it contained a note encouraging us to bin all the paper claim forms and ring their centre instead.
This is not the first time this insurer has used such gimmickry to get over a point, nor are they alone in its use. I wonder just how much money is spent on these schemes, when companies harp on about economising and laying off staff.
Do any other contributors recall previous ideas that may have made them smile, while appearing to be overly extravagant?
