Harvey to concentrate on off-shore sailing
Lorega chairman and director Malcolm Harvey has retired.
Group managing director Neill Johnstone will take over the leadership.
Harvey said: “My decision to retire is part of a long-term plan and I would like to depart while I am young enough to enjoy it and indulge in my passion for professional, off-shore sailing.
“I have full confidence that the board and senior management team will deliver the significant growth planned for Lorega in the years ahead.”
Harvey founded Lorega in 1983 with his wife Judy Jago. Lorega’s products are now sold by more than 500 UK insurance brokers and agents.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
