Michael White takes up newly-created position
LV= Broker has appointed Michael White to the newly-created position of director of broker strategy and performance. He will report to Phil Bunker, managing director of LV= Broker.
In his new position, White will be responsible for the development and review of LV=’s network of brokers. This work will include strategy and compliance, and the development and delivery of a customer information system.
White was previously LV= Broker’s head of finance. He joined LV= in 2008 following the acquisition of Highway, where he was an associate director.
“This new role will help each part of our business to understand the full extent, and the potential, of our relationship with each broker,” said Bunker in a statement.
White added: “In a growing business like LV= Broker a role like mine can ensure that we retain a broad view of our broker relationships. We want to encourage brokers to support us across our complete product range.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
