Marsh has announced that Patrick Mina, its chief executive of client and market services (CMS) in the UK, has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of international client and market services.

Mina's role will be to identify and deliver a best practice servicing model for Marsh across the Europe/Middle East and the international speciality operations regions. He will also lead Marsh's servicing location strategy.

Mina will retain direct responsibility for CMS in the UK.
