Remember the uproar when Margaret Thatcher stopped schoolchildren having free milk? Well, Backchat hears the Capita London Market Services staff are similarly up in arms over the rationing of their milk consumption.

According to Backchat's mole in the company, the Capita bosses are frustrated at the high level of milk consumption going on and have set a daily limit of 35ml per person.

What next? Ration books? Spot checks? Is it only a matter of time before heating and lighting is rationed too?

Meanwhile, Capita is making huge profits.
