Public sector risk management organisation Alarm has introduced a new category in its annual awards for the risk management sector. This is the tenth year the awards have taken place.

The Audit Commission will sponsor the new award, called `Risk management - making a difference'.

Judges will be looking for "innovative ways of embedding risk management, processes which improve outcomes for service users and effective integration of risk management with existing business and performance management arrangements," said Alarm.

Entries are open to non-Alarm members and the winners will be announced at an award ceremony during Alarm's annual conference in June.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
