’Since moving to our current location in 2009, Biba and the needs of our members have changed,’ says chief executive
Biba is to relocate its London headquarters after more than 17 years at its current office in Bevis Marks.

The trade body will move to 24 King William Street on 17 September 2026, following the expiry of the lease on its existing premises.
Biba has been based in Bevis Marks since 2009 and, prior to that, was located elsewhere within the Aldgate and Liverpool Street area for more than four decades.
According to the association, the move reflects changing operational requirements and the evolving needs of its membership.
Graeme Trudgill, chief executive at Biba, said the organisation’s new location would provide a more modern working environment while allowing staff to focus on member services.
He added: “Since moving to our current location in 2009, Biba and the needs of our members have changed.
“Our new home will be inside a smaller, modern serviced office which will free up those in the team that got caught up in premises management to focus on what our members need from us.”
‘Exciting’ move
Trudgill said the move marks only the fourth office location in Biba’s history since the organisation was founded nearly 50 years ago.

From 17 September, all in-person Biba meetings will be held at the new King William Street office.
The association said members and stakeholders will be able to visit the new premises following the relocation, while payment arrangements and existing processes will remain unchanged.
Trudgill said: “We are pleased to have found suitable premises in the heart of the City of London and I wanted to keep our members and stakeholders informed of our plans.
“All of the Biba team is excited to make the move and we look forward to welcoming members to the new location when the time comes.”
