’This new approach is about moving beyond comparison and bringing the whole insurance journey together,’ says commercial director

MoneySuperMarket is launching a new digital insurance broker that will bring together comparing, buying, managing and renewing car insurance in one integrated journey.

Called SuperSaveClub Insurance, the broker will allow customers to complete the entire journey – from quote to renewal – without leaving the MoneySuperMarket website or app.

The service uses customer data and preferences to help members choose cover that better meets their needs. Artificial intelligence (AI) assisted support is available to help choose the right cover.

Customers also pay zero interest when they choose to purchase cover on a monthly basis.

Sara Newell, commercial director at MoneySuperMarket, said: “SuperSaveClub Insurance is a significant step forward in how we support people with one of their most important financial decisions.

“We know for many of our customers, managing their car insurance doesn’t stop once they’ve bought a policy.

”This new approach is about moving beyond comparison and bringing the whole insurance journey together, giving SuperSaveClub members more control throughout the car insurance policy lifecycle and making it easier to manage their cover. Drivers who choose to pay monthly will also benefit from 0% interest.”

Panel of insurers

SuperSaveClub Insurance is enabled by a strategic partnership with Open, a provider of embedded insurance propositions. The initial panel includes Ageas, Allianz and Covéa.

Jason Wilby, co-chief executive at Open, said: “Comparison changed how people shop for insurance. This changes what happens next.

”Open’s technology lets a member compare, buy, manage and renew entirely in one place, with AI now helping them find the right cover. It’s the first digital broker of its kind in the UK and we’re delighted to be building it with MoneySuperMarket.”
