‘The mantra of the business is proper service and honest broking,’ says director and founder

Ash Tree Insurance Brokers is aiming to “accelerate” its growth by investing profits back into the business and hiring “super keen, enthusiastic” people.

Thomas Jones, director and founder of the newly set up broker Ash Tree – which launched on 3 January 2023 – is currently one of two staff.
